The Woodlands Country Club is seeking an experienced Senior Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join the agronomy team at the Player Course.

Primary Responsibilities

- Manage, supervise, and assist with day-to-day golf course maintenance operations at the Player Course, ensuring high quality standards

- Develop, train, and retain maintenance team members

- Promote Arcis Golf philosophies to employees, members, and guests

- Assist the Golf Course Superintendent with supervision, execution, and growth of the agronomy team

- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems

- Calibrate and operate turf application equipment

- Assist with golf course renovation and construction projects

- Demonstrate strong dependability, reliability, and communication skills

- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Educational Requirements

- Degree in Turf Management or a related field, or equivalent progressive experience in the golf industry

- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in golf course maintenance

- State Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain within 60 days

- Experience in irrigation management and turf applications
