Educational Requirements
Turfgrass, Agronomy or Ag-related education
Experience Requirements
Experience in sod production, golf / sports turf, landscaping, or row crop farming.
Strong mechanical skills- a "Hands On" approach to maintenance and process (lead by example)
Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions (sun, heat, cold, wind and rain)
