Assistant Superintendent
Ironbridge Golf Club is currently seeking applicants for our Assistant Superintendent role. This position is for someone ready to take ownership of their growth and develop the full spectrum experience needed to help manage and eventually take ownership of a golf course operation. You'll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of course conditioning, crew supervision, and irrigation management while contributing to a tight-knit, high-performing team at a well-regarded semi-private course nestled in the scenic Roaring Fork Valley.
You will work alongside experienced staff who are invested in your growth, providing hands-on guidance, real responsibility, and opportunities to tackle every aspect of course operations. This is a role designed to build a strong foundation for the next step in your career.
Educational Requirements
A degree or certificate in Turfgrass Management is preferred; however, candidates with equivalent experience, strong turf knowledge, and demonstrated leadership potential are encouraged to apply
Experience Requirements
Entry-level to early mid-level assistant position. Recent graduates with completed internships are encouraged to apply. Experience with crew supervision and irrigation system management is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
