Senior Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Crystal Lake Golf Club, conveniently located in Lakeville, Minnesota, is seeking a motivated,
career‑driven Senior Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join our leadership team. This
year‑round position plays a pivotal role in daily operations, agronomic execution, crew leadership,
and long‑term course conditioning. The ideal candidate is a driven professional with strong
technical skills, a passion for turf excellence, and a proven track record of success. With a

Course Superintendent role in 2027.
Educational Requirements
Degree or certificate in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience Requirements
• 3 - 5 years of progressive golf course maintenance experience; supervisory experience
required.
• Strong understanding of cool-season turf management, including bentgrass/poa greens.
• Minnesota Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
• Working knowledge of Toro irrigation systems, moisture management, and modern turf
equipment.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Support snow removal operations for clubhouse, parking lot, and grounds during winter
months.
