Job Position Overview
Cedarbrook Country Club is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in a full-time seasonal position. This role offers 40 hours per week from March through October, with the potential to transition into a year-round, full-time opportunity following the golf season. This position requires availability to work every other weekend, select holidays, and a limited number of club tournaments throughout the season. Candidates must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job duties include:

· Daily clubhouse checks for cleanliness.

· Mowing and detailing of clubhouse, pool, and tennis grounds.

· Mowing maintenance of practice facilities which would include greens, practice fairway, range target greens and range tees.

· Daily upkeep of practice facilities which would include clearing debris, raking bunkers, and filling divots.

· Performing landscaping duties alone or with club’s horticulturist which would including mulching, planting, fertilizing, pruning both shrubbery and ornamental trees, spraying and pulling weeds.

· Operate golf course machinery, walk behind mowers, backpack blowers, and weed whackers.

· Operates equipment safely and is aware of co workers and their prospective surroundings.

· Incorporates safe work practices in job performance

· Performs other duties as required

· Watering if capable, heavy machine operation if capable and partake in projects.

Experience Requirements

 Landscape or Golf course maintenance preferred but not required

Special Requirements

· Be able to lift 50 lbs. or more.

· Walk long distances.

· Early Mornings

· Work in different weather environments (heat, cold, rain)

· Ability to work under limited supervision.
