Key Responsibilities, Knowledge, Skills, and Aptitude:
The Assistant Superintendent works closely with the Director of Agronomy and Golf Course Superintendents to:
· Lead daily maintenance operations and crew management
· Execute championship-level course conditioning
· Assist with renovation and capital improvement projects
· Manage water, fertility, and plant health programs
· Support budgeting, scheduling, and long-term agronomic planning
· Develop and mentor seasonal and full-time team members
Preferred Qualifications:
· Passion for championship conditioning and attention to detail
· Strong leadership presence and team-building skills
· Interest in construction/renovation project management
· Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
Educational Requirements
Degree in Turfgrass Management or related field
Experience Requirements
2+ years of Golf Course Experience.
