Assistant Superintendent
•Assist in all aspects of daily golf course operations and championship-level setup
•Apply plant protectants and fertilizers with precision and professionalism
•Maintain and troubleshoot a new Rain Bird 2-wire irrigation system
•Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15–20 staff members
•Train crew members and promote a strong team culture
•Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
•Be proactive, dependable, adaptable, and eager to grow
Educational Requirements
• Minimum one year as an Assistant Superintendent (preferred)
• Pennsylvania pesticide applicator license (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
• Knowledge and passion for the game of golf
• Ability to communicate in Spanish (preferred)
• Certificate, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Turfgrass Management or related field
