Spray/Applications Technician

St Johnsbury Country Club is looking for an experienced PT spray technician to assist us with the safe, accurate, and effective application of fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and other plant protectants as needed on the golf course and grounds. 

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience in turfgrass management. 

Hours will vary based on turf needs and we can provide a flexible schedule.  You will be entitled to our employee membership benefits as well.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent or Spray Technician or in golf course maintenance required.

• Knowledge of turfgrass chemicals, application techniques, and calibration methods

• Ability to operate sprayers and related equipment safely and efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license required

• State of Vermont Core and Ornamental Turf Grass Applicators License required.
