Grounds Staff

Sagamore Spring Golf Club – Lynnfield, MA 
Pay: $16–$20 per hour (based on experience) 
Season: Spring–Fall (Full-Time Seasonal) 

Sagamore Spring Golf Club is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance Team for the upcoming season. This position is ideal for those who enjoy hands-on outdoor work in a scenic golf course environment. 

Position Overview 

You will assist in the daily care and upkeep of the golf course to ensure excellent playing conditions for members and guests. No previous golf course experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. 

Responsibilities 

• Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other turf equipment 

• Maintain greens, tees, fairways, and bunkers 

• Perform landscaping tasks such as raking, edging, and debris cleanup 

• Assist with irrigation maintenance as needed 

• Follow all safety guidelines and course standards 

• Work cooperatively with the maintenance crew and supervisors 

Requirements 

• Must be 18 years or older 

• Ability to work early morning shifts 

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions 

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor 

• Dependable, punctual, and a team player 

Schedule 

• Full-time seasonal (typically 35–40 hours per week) 

• Early mornings required; weekend availability preferred
