• Extensive expertise in sports turf management, including baseball, football, soccer, lacrosse, and multi-use fields

• Proven ability to maintain large-scale properties (150+ acres) with high standards for safety, playability, and appearance

• Strong knowledge of turf health, soil management, fertilization, aeration, overseeding, and integrated pest management (IPM)

• Hands-on experience with irrigation systems, including installation, repair, and water management practices

• Skilled in equipment operation, maintenance, and fleet management (mowers, tractors, skid steers, aerators, etc.)
