Engine: 50 hp (37.3 kW), 1.6 L, 4-cylinder liquid-cooled Kubota WG1605 gasoline engine with electronic fuel injection. Traction system: Hydrostatic drive system, with foot pedal control for forward and reverse speeds. Brakes: Multi-disc wet brakes operated by a mechanical cable, plus hydrostatic braking. Fuel tank capacity: 12 U.S. gallons (45.4 L). Ground speed: 0–10 mph (0–16.1 km/h) forward and 0–4 mph (0–6.4 km/h) reverse.  The Multi Pro 5800-G has a 300-gallon polyethylene tank with a 16-inch fill well.
