Golf Course Superintendent
Background: Guilmette Golf, LLC, established in 2014, is a golf and sports turf management and consulting company that is contracted to maintain Keney Park Golf Course and Goodwin Park Golf Course for the City of Hartford and leases Minnechaug Golf Course from the Town of Glastonbury. We are looking to add a skilled, highly motivated, team-oriented individual to our staff. We strive for a positive, cooperative, and collaborative work environment to provide the optimal level of maintenance our clients have come to expect. Duties and Responsibilities: Selected individual is expected to lead day-to-day operations with a willingness to be hands-on, assist with short- and long-term planning and present themselves in a professional manner.
Experience Requirements
Minimum two years as an assistant superintendent or higher
Job Benefits
Benefits: Superintendent: $80,000-$95,000, Paid health insurance, Paid time off, Paid time off during January shut down, Paid dues to CAGCS and GCSAA, IRA with up to 3% match, Continuing education opportunities
