2nd Assistant Superintendent
Trout National - The Reserve is a private 18 hole golf course currently in the middle of construction. TGR Design is creating a unique, championship golf course on the former site of a quarry in southern New Jersey. Visit the website below for more information about the club. We are currently looking to fill two 2nd assistant superintendent positions. All assistants will be involved in the planning, growing in, and maintenance of all golf course grounds. This is an opportunity to participate in all phases of construction, irrigation installation, turf establishment, and crew management at a world class site.

Educational Requirements
Two or four year degree/certificate in turfgrass management.
Experience Requirements
At least 3 seasons of golf course maintenance experience preferred.
Looking for the right candidates to build a team and grow as the project progresses.
However, experience in the following is a plus:
- Pesticide and fertilizer applications
- Rain Bird IC system and CirrusPro
- Water management with a focus on playing conditions
- Training seasonal staff/interns in proper maintenance practices
- Experience with most golf course cultivation equipment
