Job Overview:
As the Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing and directing the operations department to ensure the overall success and expansion of our Appleton, WI branch. Your responsibilities include active participation in strategic planning, development, and execution of initiatives to drive branch growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with senior management in developing and refining branch growth strategies.

Provide input into long-term planning to align operational activities with overall company objectives.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the operations department.

Ensure efficient and effective execution of operational processes to meet organizational goals.
- Lead and inspire the operations team to achieve high performance standards.

Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance the team's capabilities.
- Actively participate in the planning and execution of initiatives aimed at driving branch growth.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

Implement measures to maintain high-quality service delivery.

Educational Requirements
Successful completion of a one, two or four-year college program (Certificate Program, Farm & Industry short course, or any similar programs are accepted).
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in operations and branch growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid pesticide applicators license, or willing to obtain one.
- Valid driver’s license.
