Administrative Assistant
We are a full service John Deere dealership specializing in Commercial / golf course related equipment servicing the Mid-west region of the US located in Belleville Illinois. We work on a variety of golf course equipment such as greens mowers / fairway mowers along with tractors up to a 5000 series. Along with a selection of riding mowers, zero turn and 2-cycle equipment. We provide hands-on training. We offer very competitive wages along with a benefits package, and a great teaming environment.
Currently, we have an office opening for an experienced service advisor. You will work with / assist the service manager to ensure daily tasks and jobs are completed. Individuals should have experience in troubleshooting and repair of diesel and gas engines, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems. Knowledge of setting up cutting units / grinding is a plus. Must have computer skills. Courteous customer service is also required.
Experience Requirements
- Experience in the repair, maintenance, or operation of commercial and golf course equipment ( greens / fairway mowers / tractors.
- Computer skills
- Experience with equipment general maintenance, repair, or equipment assembly
- Experience with engine diagnosis is preferred
- Experience with electrical diagnosis is preferred
- Experience with hydraulic diagnosis is preferred
