New Job Opportunity- Vehicles/SFG Territory Manager

Turf Star Western (TSW) seeks a Territory Sales Manager to develop and implement a formal sales and marketing plan for the Commercial Electric Utility and Transportation Vehicle market. The secondary focus is to aggressively introduce and market our current line of Sports, Fields and Grounds products to new customers.
The successful candidate's primary responsibility would be communicating effectively with customers through various channels, such as face-to-face interactions, phone calls, emails, or other means, and recommending products based on their specific needs and interests. The candidate will also be expected to engage in after-sales communication. This is a very active position.
The ideal candidate must live in the assigned geographic territory.  

The ideal candidate must be professional, ethical, and courteous when interacting with all stakeholders, including internal and external customers, co-workers, management, ownership, vendors, etc. Effective communication skills and the ability to accept constructive feedback are crucial to the success of this position.

Essential Job Functions:
•    Develop and implement a formal sales and marketing plan to penetrate and grow the market, including selling vehicles.
•    Determine the necessary resources to achieve 200-400 annual car sales.
•    Use CRM system to manage sales leads
•    Proven intermediate to advanced digital proficiency. Must excel in creating worksheets, word processing, internet navigation, and utilizing note and proprietary software.


Job Qualifications
•    Five to ten years of proven experience selling utility and transportation vehicles, landscape maintenance equipment, or a similar industry.  
•    A highly professional attitude and references that can be verified.
•    Proven daily use of Microsoft Office and Google Docs software, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, note software, and email.  
•    Candidate must reside in the Greater Los Angeles Basin.
•    Advanced skills in forecasting and budgeting.
•    Possess a valid State of California driver’s license or obtain a valid State of California driver’s license within 30 days of the hire date.
•    Clean motor vehicle record.
•    Desire to maximize customer and employee satisfaction.


Job Offerings
•    Classification: Exempt – Outside Sales Representative
•    Job type: Full time
•    The pay range for this position is $75,000-$175,0000 per year.
•    Eligible for variable compensation, such as commissions, bonuses, etcetera
•    Paid 2 times a month (semi-monthly).
•    Paid time off earned per pay period based on months of service.
•    Holiday pay.

In compliance with the State of California, Turf Star, Inc. provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for jobs that may be hired in California.   Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to shill set, level of experience, and specific geographic area.   For the State of California only, the range of pay for this job is $75,000-175,000.
