Assistant Equipment Technician

The Club At Renaissance is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Mechanic to join our team. We are an 18 hole private facility with high expectations on the golf course and common area grounds. The Assistant Mechanic will report to the Equipment Manager, Golf Course Superintendent, and the Assistant Superintendent.
- Ensure all equipment is working properly
- Provide a safe and clean working environment in the shop
- Small engine repair
- Be able to diagnose/repair down equipment
- Assist crew in how to properly operate equipment
- Daily inspection of mowers to ensure safety and quality
- Execute a preventative maintenance schedule for all turf equipment
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of reel mowers and grinding is a plus
