2nd Assistant Superintendent
This position works on a diverse range of activities involved in golf course maintenance using equipment and tools as instructed, does semi-skilled ground maintenance work and performs related tasks as required. Candidate must have technical and working knowledge of all equipment used on the golf course. Applications, fertilizing and watering of fairways, tees and rough as instructed.
Educational Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
Experience Requirements
2 years prior experience in golf course maintenance.
Special Requirements
Must have a Florida Pesticide license or have the ability to obtain within 90 days. Candidate must be proficient in reading labels and instructions to accurately apply chemicals as directed and keep records of applications.
