Turf Equipment Technician

Service Technician is a contact for dealers and customers nationwide for questions for repairs and operations of all equipment. Performs evaluations and
repairs for all equipment. Provides demonstrations and training to internal team as well as demonstrations at client site.

 Provide customer and dealer technical support nationwide.
 Assist with warranty approval for dealers and customers.
 Coordinate equipment demo fleet perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
 Provide technical training for service technicians and sales teams.
 Assist with warehouse coordination and security as needed.
 Maintain a safe and clean workspace.
 Perform demonstrations and training for all equipment.
 Must be able to traverse distribution warehouse and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by
stretching, squatting, and reaching.
 Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at a time.
 Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and on the loading
dock.

Some travel may be required for deliveries and demonstrations.

At least 1+ years of direct experience in the repair of related turf equipment

Must be able to diagnose, using the appropriate technical manual procedures and/or online computer manuals
and special tools.
Experience in completing component removal, disassembly, and reconditioning.
Must demonstrate skills to other technicians as required.
Participate in all training programs as directed by the Operations Manager
Bring to the attention of the Operations Manager any shop tools, equipment or vehicle that is not in a serviceable condition or is unsafe to use.
