Position Summary
The Turf Care Equipment Manager is responsible for the shop condition (cleanliness, organization, and functionality), safe mechanical condition of all mowers, utility vehicles, and mechanical equipment. The position will work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent/ Assistant Superintendents to plan and coordinate repairs, adjustments, and maintenance of all equipment to ensure it’s available for daily use on the golf course.
Educational Requirements
- Certificate from college or technical school or 3 years of related experience.
Experience Requirements
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Strong computer skills preferred.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Welding work and fabrication experience in making fittings used in repair of maintenance equipment.
