We are an exclusive provider for Toro, Club Car, Bernhard, Salsco, Harper, Ventrac, and MCI-Flowtronex and Watertronics Pump Stations in Florida and Southern Georgia. Wesco has been honored multiple times as Toro’s North American Distributor of Excellence. On August 1st, 2022, Wesco acquired Hector Turf located in Deerfield Beach, FL, expanding our market to include from Vero Beach to Key West, including the Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and the Caribbean Islands. Wesco Turf has the following locations: Sarasota, Deerfield Beach, Lake Mary, and Jacksonville, Florida.


What Will You Do?

The Territory Manager is responsible for managing golf irrigation sales in their specific territory as well as managing relationships with superintendents, general managers, irrigation technicians, contractors, designers, and general contractors.

To grow and build a successful career with Wesco Turf & Hector Turf, you will be responsible for:


· $2 - $5 million estimated annual golf sales goal

· Territory: Southeast Florida


· Manage key account relationships within the golf industry and territory

· Submit weekly activity reports through the Golf > Activity Report address group.

· Assist with the development and creation of the annual Wesco and Toro annual plans.

· Assists in development of the business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. 

· Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. 

· Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. 

· Short & Long Range Sales Project tracking requirements

· Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. 

· Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. 

· Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports. 

· Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines. 

Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

Competitive Salary – In addition to their base pay, employees are eligible for our company-wide bonus that is dependent on Wesco meeting our sales goals. We have met these goals every year for the past 10 years, the bonus is equivalent to 0-3 weeks of additional pay and is prorated for your first year. Territory Managers are eligible to earn up to 30% of their annual salary and receive a company vehicle, laptop, cell phone, and reimbursed expenses.

To be considered for this role, a candidate should meet the following requirements:

· Must be good with people, extremely tactful and professional

· Must be able to present in front of groups

· Good understanding of the Sales Process 

· Must maintain Toro Sales Percipio Training requirements annually

· Must live in the designated responsible Territory
