Job Title:  Landscape Manager

Reports to:  Director of Landscape

Status: Exempt

 Position Summary: The position requires a diverse professional skill set with a focus on effective communication and organization of a multi-faceted operation as well as practical knowledge of all areas of Landscape Management. This position also requires strong intrapersonal relationship skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

The Landscape department at Mountaintop provides customer service to over 100 private homes within the community in addition to service for the Club and Homeowners Association.

Qualifications:

·         Minimum 1-2 years in landscape management or similar field

·         Valid Driver’s License

·         Maintain a professional demeanor and personal appearance.

·         Punctual/arrive at work on-time.

·         Ability to work longer hours if time sensitive jobs, tournaments, or weather demands.
