Product Support Manager

Full-time

Job Summary
Assist in maintaining accurate, on-time reports and records relative to the parts and service department’s operations. Additional areas of support include: answering phones, scheduling work, opening/closing invoices, selling service and parts, attachments, and accessories.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Works to build a solid business relationship with Van Wall customers
- Daily maintenance of warranty claims and credits
- Opens work orders as directed by management
- Directs incoming service related inquiries and scheduling requests
- Help with data entry and customer follow up for Service, Parts, and Sales departments
- Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
- Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required
- Keeps necessary supplies on hand and reorders when needed
- Prepares customer invoices and takes payments when presented to the service and parts department
- Represents Van Wall Equipment with a professional and positive attitude. Strives to protect the dealership image in a positive light while promoting customer loyalty

Position Qualifications
-1+ years of previous Parts and/or Service experience preferred
- Familiar with John Deere or other competitive brands and golf & sports turf equipment required
- Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Excel
- General understanding of mechanical & technical terms required
- Ability to speak effectively one on one or in a group
- Complete all duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent required

$40,000 to $65,000 per year
