The Kahkwa Club is a private 18-hole Country Club located on the west side of Erie, Pennsylvania and is regarded as one of the oldest private Country Clubs established in the United States.  The Donald Ross designed golf course has played host to many national championships including; The Women's U.S. Open Championship, The Women's U.S. Amateur Championship and the Women's U.S. Mid-Amateur Championship.

Assistants in Training will have the ability to perform or take part in all duties pertinent to Golf Course Management including; team leadership, IPM program implementation, construction/renovation projects, irrigation repair and installation, diversified water management, long range planning and daily course set-up, and financial execution.  In addition to the program at Kahkwa, you will have the ability to gain experience at national tournaments throughout the nation.
