The community consists of some 1,200 acres with 600+homes currently built.  Broken Sound Club is a Platinum Club of America (ranked #53) and is recognized as a Distinguished Club of America. Both courses are Audubon Sanctuary Certified.

The Club Course - par 72 opened in 1985. The course was originally designed by Joe Lee but received a significant overhaul in 2001 by Gene Bates.  In 2017 the course was renovated by Matt Swanson and Johnny Miller and now plays to a maximum length of 7,025-yards. The layout offers vistas of generous fairways and elevated greens, and this championship routing meanders its way around lakes and lagoons, presenting a challenging experience for golfers of all skill levels, although from the longest tees the course is what some call a hard par and an easy bogey.

Club Course Specific Information:

  • Latitude 36 Fairways and Tees
  • Annual Maintenance Budget is more than $2.5M+ with a total headcount of 24.
