Golf Course Superintendent

We are seeking a team leader who has a vision to direct the staff to achieve our goals. They must be excellent communicators that are comfortable interacting just as easily with ownership and members as they are with staff.

As part of their normal duties, the golf course superintendent will,

·       Manage and direct the staff to complete the normal daily activities.

·       Communicate daily course conditions to the Pro Shop staff.

·       Conduct weekly course rides with the General Manager and attend staff meetings.

·       Develop and track the golf course maintenance operating budget and agronomic plan.

·       Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations.

·       Plan and direct the completion of projects identified in the Longe-Range Plan of Improvements.

·       Assist in developing and maintaining course to a written Maintenance Standards plan.

·       Maintain a safe and positive environment for members and staff.
