This position will be part of a growing company with a portfolio of private, public and resort courses throughout the U.S. We offer cross-facility training, scholarships, and opportunities to participate in a PGA Tour event when we host The American Express at PGA WEST.

Educational Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Turfgrass Management preferred.
- Associate degree in Turfgrass Management or similar field considered.
- Current (or ability to obtain) California Qualified Applicator’s License (QAL).
Experience Requirements
The golf course superintendent is responsible for the agronomics to produce playing conditions outlined in the course’s business plan. The superintendent will attract and develop talent at all levels of golf course maintenance to create a highly functional team. This individual will also focus on the business of agronomy, technology, continuing education, long term strategic planning excellence and attention to detail.
Special Requirements
· 6+ years turf grass management experience required.
· Advanced knowledge of agronomy and turfgrass management practices.
· A strong business aptitude and passion for the golf business.
· Ability to develop and train your team.
