• Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent at a reputable golf course is suitable.
• Leadership Qualities: The ability to motivate, inspire, and effectively lead a team is essential.
• Horticultural Expertise: A strong understanding of turfgrass management, plant health, and proper agronomic practices is a must.
• Irrigation Savvy: Knowledge of irrigation systems and their efficient operation is crucial.
• Budget Management: The ability to manage a budget and allocate resources effectively is key.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You can clearly communicate your vision, collaborate with the team, and provide exceptional customer service.
