Trinity Forest is looking for a Golf Course Equipment Technician to join our team!
 
Under the direction of the Equipment Manager the Equipment Technician would be assisting in a wide range of jobs that happen in and outside of the shop setting.
 
Such as, but not limited to: Daily adjusting of cutting units, sharpening of cutting units, manufacture required preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and keeping our equipment fleet in top shape. Could also be directed to the course when help is needed.
 
We as a club will be hosting The USGA Junior Amateur this July. In saying that, not only do we strive for top conditioning daily for our membership, we are excited to show our club off to the world! 
 
Looking for a driven individual that will buy into the clubs culture and make this a stepping stone for their future career endeavor to becoming an Equipment Manager.

Educational Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Golf Course Mechanical Experience preferred

Experience Requirements

-1-3 years experience with engine repair (small, diesel and gas)

-Prior experience with golf course maintenance equipment helpful but not necessary (will train the right individual)

-Perform and organize routine scheduled maintenance

-Must be able to troubleshoot issues with equipment and repair

-Basic computer knowledge

-Understanding of prioritization of work

-Needs organization skills for tools and parts inventory, machine records, and preventative maintenance plan

-Ability to follow instructions and work with staff

-Required to operate equipment and lift up to 50lbs
