Turf Equipment Technician

Westhaven Golf Club is seeking a coachable, mechanically inclined individual to join our team as an Assistant Equipment Technician. Previous golf course experience is not required—we’re looking for someone eager to learn and grow in the turf equipment maintenance industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Be trained to grind reels, set cutting heights, and perform preventive maintenance (PMs)
• Assist in larger equipment repairs and diagnostics under the guidance of our Head Equipment Technician
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support the overall maintenance of golf course equipment, including mowers, utility vehicles, and small engines

What We’re Looking For:

• A mechanically minded individual who enjoys working with their hands
• A team player who is reliable, detail-oriented, and open to learning
• Someone with basic tool knowledge and a desire to build a career in equipment maintenance
• A valid driver’s license
