Opened in 2007, Todd Creek Golf Club is a full-service facility offering premium casual dining, banquets, events and a high-caliber golf experience. Todd Creek Golf Club is an 18-hole facility with a premier practice facility. Our maintenance team plays a critical role in delivering high-end course conditions.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Manager to maintain and repair all turf equipment with the occasional golf/beverage cart. This role is essential for maintaining and ensuring the longevity of our fleet. The Equipment Manager will work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure that all equipment is functioning efficiently.

Job Summary:

·        Provide the required preventive maintenance on all turf equipment.

·        Daily checks on course for quality of cut and all equipment is running properly.

·        Track and maintain the R&M Equipment Budget.

·        Basic knowledge of small engines, hydraulics and electrical systems.

·        Possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

·        Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·        Must be able to lift 50lbs and meet physical requirements.

Duties May Include But Not Limited To:

·        Preform diagnostics, troubleshoot, maintenance, and repairs.

·        Maintain a clean and organized working environment.

·        Preform routine maintenance and repairs on all maintenance equipment.

·        Grind, maintain and set reels, bed knives and cutting blades.

·        Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.

·        Maintains inventory of parts and supplies.

·        Welding and fabricating work.

·        May assist in daily mowing operations during shoulder seasons.

·        Available to work weekends when needed.
