Assistant Equipment Technician

Just minutes away from the Jersey shore, Union League National Golf Club is searching for a motivated, eager, team player looking to advance their career as an Assistant Equipment Technician. While this position spends a lot of time behind the scenes, the management team understands the importance within the success of the overall operation and how the course presents itself daily.

The position involves performing or assisting in numerous tasks inside the shop and on the course. This includes the repair of failing equipment, preventative maintenance, precisely adjusting cutting units, reel and bed knife sharpening, and on course work when deemed necessary. The Assistant Equipment Technician properly communicates any problems or service needs of equipment to the Equipment Manager so service can be scheduled. The candidate must place safety as a top priority and assist in maintaining a clean shop. The management team is willing to train the right candidate and while previous experience is a plus, work ethic, thought process with how things work and can be fixed, and a curious mind is strongly weighted.

Temporary housing is available for out-of-town candidates looking to relocate.  Pay determined based on experience.
