Irrigation Manager

Worthington Manor is looking to add a full time or part time irrigation manager to our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in golf or sports turf and have a positive attitude. 
Members of our team work 8 hour days (30min lunch break included) Monday-Thursday and 5 hour days each Friday. 

Job tasks include:

Auditing irrigation system

Simple irrigation fixes

Nozzle adjustments

Irrigation head installation/replacement

Irrigation head leveling/raising

Valve replacement

If the candidate has experience on other golf course equipment, they will likely be asked to mow greens, tees, or fairways as needed. 

Candidates that have experience with manual transmissions, tractor, or heavy equipment operation will be strongly considered.

All members of the maintenance team are encouraged to play golf and can book tee times through our pro shop at no cost. Discounts available for food/beverage, clubs, and clothing in professional shop.

Members of the maintenance team enjoy lunch provided by the club Monday-Thursday, uniforms, and a stipend for work boots.
