We are about to start phase 2 of the project and are looking for an irrigation superintendent to manage the installation of a Rain Bird 2-wire system on site and supervise the team. We’re planning on a 6 to 8 months period of work for the irrigation, starting September 2020. We're looking to hire an irrigation expert, minimum 3-year experience in the fields. Requirements Collaborate with Support, Project Management, and Landscape Account Management staff to organize installation schedule and manage services with existing maintenance customers. Collaborate with Chief Executive Office, Chief Operations Officer and Vice President of Business Development to build sales process, annual revenue budget and department staffing needs to support goals. Collaborate with Sales team to price new business in both irrigation and lighting. Ability to review a project site and recommend proper installation or design. Communicate with site Installation Foremen and Service Technicians daily to review project progress and determine future needs to successfully complete the projects. Additional Duties & Minimum Requirements Make certain as-builts and irrigation system information is updated internally as necessary. Review irrigation and lighting staff timesheets and materials for accuracy daily. Confirm that vendor invoices are correct for Quantities and Prices as agreed upon. Confirm all department invoicing to customers is accurate. Provide and or facilitate Team Training on irrigation and lighting installation and service. Follow up with clients to make sure that they are satisfied with their new system. Involvement with snow removal during the winter in whatever capacity is needed by the business. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to obtain a license through the EPA WaterSense program. Additional duties as assigned. Must be auto insurable and have a clean driving record. High School Diploma. Ability to obtain DOT Med Card. At least 8 years irrigation & lighting installation experience. Ability to properly design irrigation & lighting systems.
