Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Equipment Mechanic to join our dynamic team in New Milford, CT. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and repairing our professional-grade equipment, ensuring our customers receive the best service possible.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on various types of equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and services on machinery.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in equipment technology.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Equipment Mechanic or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques, including diesel, hydraulics and electrical.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
