We are seeking an Equipment Mechanic to join our team in New Milford, CT. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and repairing professional-grade equipment, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on various equipment models.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize diagnostic tools, including ohmmeters, to troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding equipment status and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in equipment technology.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

• Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Equipment Mechanic or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including engines, hydraulics, and electrical components.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• A valid driver's license is required.
