Irrigation Manager
We are a small but growing landscape and irrigation company that manages 2–3 active crews. Led by a former golf course superintendent, our team takes pride in delivering high-quality work with a strong focus on service and reliability. As we expand, we’re looking for a dedicated Irrigation Manager/Estimator to bring technical irrigation expertise, oversee projects, and help drive our continued growth.
The Irrigation Manager/Estimator is a key leadership role within the company. This person will be responsible for estimating and bidding irrigation jobs, managing active job sites, ensuring crews have the right materials, and serving as the in-house expert for irrigation systems. You’ll work closely with John Duncan and play a critical part in both the day-to-day operations and the long-term success of the business.
Educational Requirements
Irrigation license or certification preferred, but not required (company will support training/licensing if needed).
Experience Requirements
Previous experience in irrigation management, estimating, or a related field.
● Strong technical knowledge of irrigation systems, installation, and repair
● Ability to read site plans and translate them into accurate bids and project scopes.
● Proven ability to oversee crews and manage job sites effectively.
● Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills.
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
