Operations Manager

Club Care, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual with a strong interest in golf to join our team as a Golf Operations Assistant. This unique role starts as a driver and field support position for the owner of multiple companies in the golf and landscape industry. For the right candidate, this role offers the opportunity to grow into a Site Superintendent position — a salaried role overseeing crews, projects, and client satisfaction across golf and landscape operations.

What You’ll Do (Initial Role)

  • Serve as a reliable driver for the owner between sites, clients, and company operations.
  • Maintain and manage calendar, ensuring smooth scheduling of site visits and meetings.
  • Take clear, detailed notes during meetings and track follow-up actions.
  • Prepare and send estimates using QuickBooks (training provided).
  • Represent Club Care in meetings with golf course staff and partners professionalism and passion are key.
  • Support a variety of company needs; responsibilities will evolve based on your strengths and career interests.
  • Computer literacy; QuickBooks experience a plus (training available).
  • Assist with daily field tasks and learn the operations side of the golf and landscape business.
  • Observe, support, and gain hands-on experience in golf course services and landscape management.
  • Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and staff.

Future Growth Opportunity
With proven reliability and initiative, this position can advance to Site Superintendent, responsible for:

  • Checking on multiple job sites and supervising crews.
  • Ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinating schedules, materials, and reporting directly to leadership.
  • Developing management and leadership skills in the golf/landscape industry.

Educational Requirements

High School Diploma

Special Requirements

  • Strong interest in golf (a must).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check.
  • Dependable, professional, and eager to learn.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to adapt and grow into more responsibility over time.
  • Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, but may vary depending on travel and site visits.
  • Frequent daily travel across the state of Florida is required.

$20 to $25 per hour
