Turf Equipment Technician

Equipment Technician must possess knowledge to effectively inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain various types of golf course equipment to include deck / rotary mowers, tractors, sand pros, utility vehicles, and golf cars.  

Individual must have two + years of proven experience with golf course equipment (i.e. Toro and Jacobson machinery) to include small engines mechanics, hydraulic systems, and electrical knowledge to effectively diagnose and correct equipment issues.  In addition, performing set up of mower reels and height cuts as well as routine / preventative maintenance on all equipment is essential to maintain equipment in proper working condition.

Individual must be detail oriented and be able to prioritize what equipment needs repaired based on Superintendent’s direction.  Individual is tasked with maintaining accurate records of repairs and service on each piece of equipment while adhering to safety protocols and standards.  The ability to work independently and efficiently will be the key to being successful in this position.
