Turf Equipment Technician
Simpson Norton Corporation is the leading supplier of equipment used to maintain outdoor environments in the Arizona, New Mexico and Las Vegas markets. We are responsible for the sale, assembly, delivery and maintenance of a wide variety of specialized equipment and utility vehicles manufactured by industry leaders such as Toro. We have developed a strong reputation for our customer focus and operational excellence.
We are currently looking for a Field Technician to make repairs, on site at customer locations, in the state of New Mexico.
Educational Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a technical, customer support role is preferred.
- Bi-Lingual is preferred (English/Spanish).
- Experience with turf equipment and irrigation products preferred.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Parts lookup / ordering system experience desired
- Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Special Requirements
Clean driving record is a must
Must have own basic hand tools
