Equipment/Shop Manager
About Killearn Club:
Originally built in 1967 with an 18-hole Championship Course that was built as the centerpiece of Killearn Estates, a suburban neighborhood that was the first of its kind in Tallahassee. The Club has hosted 21 PGA and 4 LPGA events, along with many other professional events.
The Killearn Club has undergone a transformative multi-phase renovation, breathing new life into one of Tallahassee’s most iconic golf destinations. The revitalization aims to restore the club’s legacy while introducing modern amenities and family-friendly features.
🏌️♂️ Camellia Championship Course At the heart of the renovation is the redesigned 18-hole Camellia Course, crafted by renowned golf course architect Chris Wilczynski. The layout emphasizes strategic variety, visual interest, and playability, with six sets of tees ranging from 3,800 to 7,200 yards, elevated greens, and classic bunkering. The dramatic new 18th hole finishes just below the clubhouse, offering a prime viewing spot for spectators.
⛳ The Clover – A New 9-Hole Experience Replacing the former North/Narrows course, The Clover is a walking-only 9-hole course designed for quick, fun rounds. Featuring five par-3s and four short par-4s, it’s ideal for families and players looking to sharpen their short game. Narrow fairways, smaller greens, and creative bunkering make it both accessible and challenging.
📊 State-of-the-Art Practice Facilities Golfers will enjoy a 10-acre driving range equipped with TrackMan Range technology, a two-acre short game complex, and a 20,000-square-foot putting course. These facilities are designed to elevate practice and instruction for players of all levels.
🏠 Clubhouse & Amenities The new 18,000-square-foot clubhouse will anchor the club’s social experience, complemented by upcoming additions like tennis and pickleball courts, a pool, and upscale dining. The club’s emphasis on year-round family activities positions it as a community hub as much as a golf destination.
