The Opportunity

Join our growing Maintenance Division working on warm- and cool-season athletic fields and golf surfaces across the Mid-Atlantic. You’ll see new sites daily, solve fresh challenges, and work with great clients. We offer on-the-job training, education assistance, and clear paths to advance into Senior Technician and Foreman roles.

What You’ll Do

• Execute turf maintenance services: granular and spray applications, aeration, topdressing, overseeding, and related cultural practices

• Safely operate turf equipment, compact tractors, heavy-duty pickup and trailer (loading/securement)

• Inspect, diagnose, and document turf conditions; communicate recommendations to the team and clients

• Work independently and as part of a crew under the Maintenance Division Manager; uphold safety and quality standards

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years in sports turf, golf, landscape, or irrigation

• Turfgrass degree/certificate and/or strong industry experience (required)

• PA pesticide license (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire)

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; comfortable towing a trailer

• Strong safety mindset, reliability, and client-service focus

Schedule, Pay & Benefits

• Mostly Monday–Friday (limited weekends/holidays as needed for weather, events, or seasonal peaks)

• Salary: $65,000–$75,000 (experience-based)
