Equipment/Shop Manager

Ridgeway Country Club is seeking a shop manager to maintain all golf and club equipment at a high level. Must be a team player and willing to help other departments as necessary. The shop manager works with Director of Agronomy and Golf Course Superintendent ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly plans are met.

- Maintains all golf equipment, tools, and supplies

- Help with minor repairs on golf shop carts and equipment

- Performs frequent preventative maintenance

- Maintains clean and organized work space

- Checks equipment while in use and after, ensuring equipment is always ready to use

- Creates processes and procedures to maintain efficiency and club standards

- Communicates in an effective manor 

- Tracks Repair and Maintenance Budget and is fiscally responsible

- Managing inventory of supplies, equipment, and fuel
