What You’ll Do
· Build strong relationships with sod farms, turf care professionals, and agricultural producers.
· Educate customers on TriYield’s agronomic programs and plant nutrition technologies.
· Develop and execute territory sales strategies to drive growth and market expansion.
· Provide expert agronomic support and recommendations to customers and internal teams.
· Represent TriYield at trade shows, field days, and key industry events.
· Track customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems.
· Travel throughout your Florida territory, including occasional overnight trips.
What You’ll Bring
· Deep understanding of soil science, plant biology, and turfgrass nutrition.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
· Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
· Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.
· Must reside in Florida.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, or Plant & Soil Science.
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in sod production, turf management, or ag sales.
- Be able to build agronomic programs for turf managers and sod producers
Special Requirements
- Must live in Florida
- Be willing to travel to remote locations to meet with customers daily
- Have reliable transportation to qualify for vehicle program
- Its financially beneficial if you have a customer base with established relationships to bring with you
- Pay is based on experience and commissions are not capped
