Established in 1918, Northmoor Country Club is a family-oriented private club that has taken great strides to provide members and guests with uniquely friendly, uncompromisingly satisfying experiences with each visit. Northmoor features 27 holes of golf, practice center, an excellent racquet program, platform tennis, a Junior Olympic sized pool and offers a wide range of dining and entertaining options.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, eager to learn, works well in a team setting and is not afraid to make mistakes. Personality and character traits are more important than tactical abilities.
We will help you advance in every facet of the golf course industry if you are willing to make the effort to learn and get out of your comfort zone. You should have an overarching goal of someday becoming an Assistant and a Superintendent and should be ambitious and energetic enough to work to earn that.
Educational Requirements
Associate, Certificate, two- or four-year degree in related field.
Currently enrolled in online program also acceptable.
Experience Requirements
2-3 years on a golf course. Prior internship experience necessary. As stated, it’s more about the person than their experiences. If you are willing to come to work everyday with a good attitude and work as part of a team, you will be successful here.
