Maplewood Country Club is located 15 miles from New York City. Maplewood Country Club, located in the heart of Maplewood, NJ traces its roots back to 1903, when a group of local residents formed a community recreation club that would evolve into today’s member-owned country club. Originally known as the Maplewood Field Club, the organization offered tennis, baseball, and social activities before expanding into golf with the construction of its 18-hole course in 1919, designed by Alfred Williams. The club officially adopted the name Maplewood Country Club in 1953, reflecting its growth into a full-service private facility offering golf, tennis, swimming, dining, and family recreation.
