We are seeking driven, passionate, and dedicated individuals who want to fast-track their careers in golf course management. This position is ideal for someone who aspires to become a Golf Course Superintendent and wants hands-on experience at a top-tier club known for excellence.

You will work closely with our Director of Agronomy & Grounds, Golf Course Superintendent, and Assistant Superintendents, gaining invaluable exposure to championship-level conditioning, modern turfgrass practices, and high-profile course preparation.

Laurel Valley is currently in an exciting phase of development, including a major renovation that began in 2018 and the forthcoming complete rebuild of Holes 14 and 15 starting in summer 2026—offering a rare opportunity to be part of significant architectural and agronomic projects.
