Sales Representative

With a growing footprint across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, we specialize in providing industry-leading products backed by exceptional service and support. We're looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our presence across the region.

Job Summary:

As an Outside Equipment Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for building new relationships with new end users, i.e. golf courses, sod farms, construction, demolition, warehouse , land clearing etc. You'll promote a wide range of attachments, turf equipment, compact equipment, material handling, demolition & trenching supported by product and sales training provided by Region Equipment and its manufacturers.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new customer relationships

• Promote and sell machinery & attachments

• Conduct on-site visits and presentations to potential clients

• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product delivery and installation

• Stay up to date on product offerings through company-paid training

Qualifications:

• Prior outside sales experience required

• Experience with machinery is mandatory

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule
• Ability to travel throughout our territory
