Are you looking to be part of a company that will stand the test of time, create opportunities for you to grow and to have fun? Then we welcome you to join Century Golf Partners at The Nelson Golf and Sports as a 2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.
The Nelson Golf and Sports Club is 36 holes of golf over 400 acres of pure luxury. Ranked among America’s leading venues, TPC Las Colinas and Cottonwood Valley are part of our comprehensive, award-winning Dallas golf club and resort. TPC proudly hosted the Byron Nelson Championship, an annual PGA TOUR event for 35 years and is an 18-hole, par 70 course measuring 7,166 yards from the championship tees. The 18-hole, par 71 Cottonwood Valley golf course measures 7,120 yards. The golf courses consist of Bentgrass greens and Bermudagrass fairways, tees, and rough.
As a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary, the two private golf courses have an array of native and ornamental plants and wildlife inventory. The Agronomy Department has been honored with the 2017, 2020, 2021, 2023 Environmental Leaders in Golf Awards (ELGA), which are presented annually by GCSAA and Golf Digest. The awards recognize golf course superintendents and their courses for overall course management excellence and best management practices in the areas of water conservation, water quality management, energy conservation, pollution prevention, waste management, wildlife and habitat conservation, communication and outreach, and leadership.
In 2005, several of the partners came together to realize a long-desired dream and created Century Golf Partners; a golf investment and management company. In the same year, the company also acquired the exclusive worldwide rights to the Arnold Palmer Golf Management brand and accordingly, Century Golf Partners operates many of its clubs under the Arnold Palmer Golf Management name.
