Regional Market Development Leaders – Golf (2 Openings)
SandSave is seeking experienced golf-industry professionals to help solve one of the game’s most persistent maintenance challenges: flooded bunkers.
SandSave’s patented active bunker-drainage system eliminates standing water without costly bunker reconstruction. The system installs quickly, minimizes disruption, and addresses drainage failures common in traditional bunker designs.
With successful pilot installations already completed, SandSave is expanding regionally and hiring market development leaders in:
• Western PA / Eastern Ohio
• Northeast Florida
This is a hands-on, field-oriented role—not a desk job or corporate sales position. You will work directly with superintendents to evaluate bunker problems, recommend pilot installations, and assist with installations when appropriate.
Educational Requirements
Class A Golf Course Superintendent. College degree preferred but not required.
Experience Requirements
Ideal Background:
• Superintendent or assistant superintendent experience, OR turf/golf industry sales background
• Practical understanding of bunker construction and drainage
• Ability to work independently within a defined region
We seek someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, with excellent communication skills and strong credibility within your region, who is comfortable with hands-on field-based work. The preferred candidate understands the issues faced by golf courses that must balance affordability with capital considerations.
